Returns and Cancellations

• Order Cancellation: Cancellations can be requested only before the product is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. If the product has already been dispatched, the order can only be canceled when returned to our office. In such cases, the order value will be refunded, deducting applicable courier and payment gateway charges (approximately 2-3% of the order value both ways). Refunds will be processed within 15 days of cancellation.

• Returns and Exchanges: Auraine does not accept returns or exchanges for any products, as they are made-to-order. Products once sold are not eligible for return or exchange. Any issues with the products must be reported within 7 days of receiving them.

• Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products: Exceptions will be made in cases where the goods are:

  1. Damaged during transit and rendered unusable.
  2. The wrong product has been shipped.
  3. The shipment has been lost in transit.

  In these cases, we will replace the product as soon as possible. Customers must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receipt, along with photo evidence.

• Handcrafted and Natural Products: All Auraine products are handcrafted, and occasional delays may occur in production due to environmental or climatic factors. We ask for your patience in these situations, as each product is made with care.

• Patch Test: Although our products are made using safe, natural ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test before use. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use immediately.

• Environmental Factors: As our products are natural, they may be sensitive to environmental conditions such as heat or cold, which may cause changes in texture (solidification or liquefaction). While we take utmost care in packaging, some factors are beyond our control.

• Shipment Discrepancies: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents immediately. If there are any discrepancies, report them to us along with photo evidence. All our packaging is done under strict supervision and recorded. If our records show that the correct items were shipped, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies.

• Damaged Shipment: If the shipment is visibly damaged, please notify us immediately with photo evidence. In case of significant damage, we recommend rejecting or returning the shipment.

• Modifications to Orders: Orders cannot be modified once placed. If a cancellation is requested before shipment, it will be processed following our cancellation policy mentioned above.

• Color Variations: Please note that the colors of our products may vary slightly due to lighting, location, or climatic conditions. However, the quality of the product remains unchanged. Auraine is not responsible for color variations due to factors beyond our control.

• Product Updates: We continuously update our packaging and containers to meet industry standards. There may be times when you receive an updated version of a product before it is reflected on the website.

• Support: For any product or order-related queries, please contact us at auraineindia@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. In cases involving external dependencies (such as payment gateways or courier partners), additional time may be required.

• Privacy: Auraine values your privacy and does not share your personal information with third parties. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology.
